Four tastefully appointed bedrooms including a luxurious master bedroom with private sitting area and fully renovated ensuite. The cottage caters to all your needs, with three stunning outdoor sittings areas including a huge entertainers deck over-looking the lagoon and leading into the master suite.

Our History
Built in the 1880’s by an English born merchant as a country retreat, our heritage property is set alongside the Sunday Creek and is ideally situated just a short three hour drive from Melbourne and an easy 40 minute drive from Albury/Wodonga.
Today, the property boasts extensive gardens and lawn areas designed by renowned landscape architect Kathleen Murphy and is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the stunning natural surroundings. Quondong is a place to reconnect with nature, to slow down and savour the simple joys of life.

Located just off the famous Distillery Road that boasts 3 beautiful cellar door's including Cofield's, Pfeiffer's and the new Richard Buller wineries.
A short bike ride away you will discover the famous All Saints Estate & Campbells of Rutherglen.Quondong has a tranquil sense of escape whilst being immersed within the farmlands around one of Victoria's best wine regions and less than 500 meters away from the mighty Murray River.
Take a 30 minute drive and you will find yourself surrounded by the action of Yarrawonga & Lake Mulwala offering adrenaline pumping water sports, golf at Black Bull Golf Course, the 45 hole Yarrawonga and Border Golf Club and the beautiful Rich Glen Provedore.
Take a 45 minute walk along the riverside track through Wahgunyah to Corowa where you can enjoy coffee, breakfast or treats from the award winning whisky and chocolate factory.
